Slightly more spacious than the Helfenbergstube, but still part of the historic Bräustüberl wing, guests can make themselves comfortable in the Hedwigstube at slightly larger family events such as christenings, registry office weddings, anniversaries or tastings. Thanks to the separate entrance, guests do not have to mix with other residents.
Hedwigstube is named after Hedwig Heindl, Hanns Konrad Winkler’s aunt. "She was the sister of my mother, Anni Winkler. She not only looked after us children with patience and love, but was also a treasured and respected "aunt" for everyone, staff and guests. We set up Hedwigstube in her honour, a closed room for family celebrations, in the very place she most loved to work."
